The Cambridge Toy Shop was set up in October 2004 by three mums who believed that buying toys for children was about novelty, nostalgia and fun and was not about TV advertising and big brand marketing.

With 10 children of our own, ranging from 12 months to 14 years, we have plenty of little testers and toy critics to help us come up with the best range of products imaginable!

Our inspiration was to re-create some of the magic of childhood and to offer as much choice as possible. Not all children are the same, so a handful of products just will not do!
