DELIVERY

We deal with your orders as quickly as possible.

Standard post, packing and insurance £4.95

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £100.

For delivery abroad, please contact us for a quote. 

Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcels.

We try hard to make shopping with The Cambridge Toy Shop an enjoyable experience. So, if for any reason you have a complaint, please call us on:

All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible.

We try to acknowledge most complaints by return. All will be acknowledged within five working days.

Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.

 

RETURNS

At The Cambridge Toy Shop we want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include the receipt with your return, wrap the package securely and post it at your expense to:

We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office.
